It’s funny cuz it’s TRUE! Ben Shapiro corrects NYT’S claim about the 1 thing AOC is better at understanding than Repubs

The New York Times pushed an op-ed claiming Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez understands Democracy better than Republicans.
Don’t make that face, we didn’t write it.
From the NYT:
Spend enough time talking politics on the internet — or in any other public forum — and you’ll run into this standard reply to anyone who wants more democracy in American government: “We’re a republic, not a democracy.”
You saw it over the weekend, in an exchange between Representatives Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York and Dan Crenshaw of Texas. In a brief series of tweets, Ocasio-Cortez made the case against the Electoral College and argued for a national popular vote to choose the president. “Every vote should be = in America, no matter who you are or where you come from,” she wrote. “The right thing to do is to establish a Popular Vote. & GOP will do everything they can to fight it.”
If the Left thought for one minute abolishing the Electoral College would in any way hurt their party they’d be telling us only racists want to do away with it.
Even for a puff piece on AOC, this was embarrassing.
Ben Shapiro perhaps had the best jab:

And you know, he’s right.
AOC definitely understands Instagram better than say, Dan Crenshaw.
Granted, she was scared of a garbage disposal but boy howdy, does this socialist democrat know Instagram or what?!
And if the author of the story thought for one minute the popular vote would hurt Democrats he’d change his tune.
It’s a fair question.

Winner winner chicken dinner.
