Trump-supporting AAA tow truck driver is FIRED for refusing to help customer with a Biden bumper sticker after their car broke down in Oregon

A AAA tow truck driver has been fired after he was accused of refusing to help a Biden supporter whose car broke down in Oregon in a TikTok video that has since gone viral.

The man, an employee at River's Edge Automotive and Towing, was filmed during the incident on Monday by a customer who claimed he and his passenger were denied roadside assistance because of their political beliefs.

'I don't know this man's name but he refused service to us for our Biden bumper sticker and tried to run us over shortly after this video,' the caption said.

The customer then goes on to read the truck driver's license plate number and his employer's name aloud as the man climbs back into his truck.

The man does not speak in the video and is not actually seen refusing service to the two men during the clip.

The claims however, were investigated by the American Automobile Association promptly after the footage was widely circulated on Twitter.

'At AAA, we stand for community and for our members. AAA does not tolerate this type of behavior. The tow truck driver at River's Edge Automotive and Towing has been disciplined by River's Edge management. AAA is working with River's Edge to ensure this type of behavior does not happen again. We deeply regret the experience and inconvenience to the member,' the company's Oregon/Idaho division said in a tweet.

In a statement shared hours later, AAA confirmed it had cut ties with the driver

AAA later shared an update hours later, confirming it had cut ties with the driver.

'The River's Edge Automotive and Towing drive will no longer be working with AAA,' the company said.

'We deeply regret the experience and inconvenience to the member. We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming experience for our members.'

In a follow up TikTok shared on Monday, the user hit back at comments criticizing his lack of 'proof' for his allegations.

'Why would I antagonize a Trump supporter after Trump just lost?' he said.

'[In] the town I live in, I've been threatened to be kidnapped, raped, all these things - why would I antagonize a Trump supporter? I'd fear for my life,' he added.

It is unclear where the incident took place however, the towing company's website states it provides service within a 30-mile radius of Interstate 84 from Troutdale to Arlington.
