As a company owner myself I'm deeply shocked that there's still people believing loyalty means that you can skip paying your employees. If you're unable to pay your employees you're an absolute failure. My employees salaries are the first thing I pay every month. Without them there's no company. Without my employees there's just me and my ideas. Luckily most people see it like I do. Never let anyone tell you that you have to cut back. If you work, compensation is your RIGHT. Loyalty comes from treating your people right.
