Property management is soul sucking work. I don’t enjoy it. But at least I don’t have to hate it anymore. When my supervisor announced that the company fully intended to move forward with the planned rental increases for April, I involved the legal team. Long story short, there is a rent freeze in effect, rents will not be increasing, and I have been let go.
