Updated with comments and additional information from Filipowski.
A video posted by independent journalist Leonard Filipowski, better known as Leroy Truth, shows a Union City, New Jersey, resident walking into an early-voting mobile trailer around 9:01 a.m. on Tuesday, nearly a full hour before the site was scheduled to open, and finding the machines unattended.
The trailer at 10th Street and Summit Avenue contained two voting machines, electronic poll books, and other election materials, and no staff was present.
The footage shows the man entering the unlocked trailer and saying nobody is inside.
Speaking to The Gateway Pundit, Leroy Truth said several sources told him the trailer was left unlocked all night.

Hudson County Board of Elections Clerk Michael Harper later confirmed the trailer was unlocked to Hudson County View.
Harper claimed that an electrician who services the generators powering Union City’s 10 early-voting trailers had checked the site around 8:50 a.m. and “wrongfully” left the door unlocked.
“Just because he said it doesn’t mean its true,” Leroy Truth countered, noting that his claims were published unchallenged by the Hudson County View. “Even if he electrician story was true, it’s still a major security breach.”
Harper confirmed to the outlet that the machines were not replaced.
Harper said that officials ran a real-time diagnostic check and stated that the machines and poll books had not been powered on, Wi-Fi was off, and the vote totals matched the previous night’s recorded numbers.
Leroy Truth called for an independent investigation by the FBI, alleging that he also has evidence of serious corruption during past elections involving Mayor Brian Stack, who is also a state senator.
Harper said the county was “absolutely 100 percent confident those machines remained unmolested” and that password and physical safeguards, including a locked USB port, would have made “casual” tampering difficult.
Harper described the video to Hudson County View as potentially a “setup” and claimed the trailer was unlocked for roughly 30 minutes at most rather than overnight. He also said that the county had been in contact with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and is reportedly exploring trespassing charges against the man who walked in and saw the unguarded machines.
Leroy Truth countered that you can’t set someone up to leave the machines unlocked and unguarded.

The HCV report notes that under New Jersey law, Section 19:48-6 of Title 19, “After the voting machines shall be delivered to the polling places, the governing body of the municipality wherein such polling places are located shall provide ample police protection against molestation, tampering, or damage to the machines.”
